By accepting this Option, you and the Company agree that this Option is granted under and governed by the terms and conditions of the Plan, the Notice of Grant and the Option Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that the Vesting Schedule may change prospectively in the event that your Service status changes between full and part-time status in accordance with Company policies relating to work schedules and vesting of awards.
