RGF 2022 Annual Report

Material Weaknesses Remediation Efforts We have begun implementing changes to our internal control over financial reporting to remediate the material weaknesses described above. Our remediation plan includes (i) designing and implementing additional formal accounting policies and procedures and (ii) restricting access to key financial systems and records to appropriate users to ensure that appropriate segregation of duties is maintained. Recent actions taken to address material weaknesses include the design and implementation of certain formal accounting policies and procedures, as well as restricting certain access to users of key financial systems and records. We will continue to build on the progress we have made in our remediation plan. We cannot determine when our remediation plan will be fully completed, and we cannot provide any assurance that these remediation efforts will be successful or that our internal control over financial reporting will be effective as a result of these efforts. Changes in Internal Control over Financial Reporting Except for the ongoing remediation of the material weakness described above, there were no changes in our internal control over financial reporting that materially affected, or are reasonably likely to materially affect, our internal control over financial reporting during the quarter ended December 31, 2022. ITEM 9B. OTHER INFORMATION None. ITEM 9C. DISCLOSURE REGARDING FOREIGN JURISDICTIONS THAT PREVENT INSPECTIONS. Not applicable. 78
