Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm Appointment of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm KPMG LLP served as our independent registered public accounting firm for the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016. The Audit Committee has reappointed KPMG LLP for the year ending December 31, 2018. In accordance with prior practice, representatives of KPMG LLP are expected to be present at the annual meeting of shareholders on April 25, 2018, will have the opportunity to make a statement if they desire to do so, and are expected to be available to respond to appropriate questions. (2) Services related to accounting matters not arising as part of the audit, including fees related to assurance services related to mortgage operations and acquisition-related matters in 2016 and 2017. (3) Fees primarily related to tax consulting and acquisition-related tax matters and also includes tax compliance services. All services provided by KPMG LLP in 2017 and 2016 were either within general pre-approved limits established by the Audit Committee or specifically approved by theAudit Committee.
