Professional Background:
Mr. Siewert has served as a Managing Director and Partner for The Carlyle Group, L.P., a global alternative asset management firm, since 2007. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Siewert held a variety of roles with The Coca-Cola Company, a global beverage company, including Group President and Chief Operating Officer, Asia, and was a member of the Global Executive Committee. From 1974 to 2001, he held a variety of roles with Eastman Kodak Company, a technology company focused on imaging products and services, including Chief Operating Officer, Consumer Imaging and Senior Vice President and President of the Kodak Professional Division.

Director Qualifications:
While working at Coca-Cola, Eastman Kodak and Carlyle, Mr. Siewert developed extensive knowledge in the food and beverage and consumer products industries, especially insights into consumer trends and routes-to-market.

Mr. Siewert led business operations globally and in Europe, Africa and the Middle East and Asia. He currently focuses on investments in Asian markets and select global opportunities.

Mr. Siewert has extensive public company board and corporate governance experience. He is lead director of the Board of Directors of Avery Dennison Corporation.
